Most of our pieces are handmade to order, we ask that you allow 10 working days for your order to be processed and made, ready for shipping. We will always endeavour to deliver to you sooner than this if we are able to, however inevitably during busy periods we reach the latter end of this time frame.
*Please note we will only dispatch orders on working days and not weekends.

Refunds are normally processed within 5-7 days. Should you experience any delay please contact the team for an update.
Many of our products are handmade in our London studio and have a delicate nature. Our products all include care labels, but as a general guide we advise washing everything at 30 degrees. However, if your products become stained after use, 40 degrees will also be suitable.
Any product with beads on, DO NOT WASH in the washing machine. Hand wash only is required.

Yes, The Lost Girls currently only offers this service in house. However, we are always happy to help offer our design services such as artwork designs and sourcing towards bespoke projects. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We currently have a selected range of products, materials, colours, and styles available for you to choose from under our ‘personalise’ tab.
Each product that is available to personalise will have a personalise tab underneath and steps you can follow to customise your product.
Currently on our website, we are only offering embroidery customisation with text. However, if you are looking for something specific such as a motif or logo, please get in touch with email@example.com
